There’s really nothing worse than having mid-afternoon snack craving. Especially if you’re like me and the hanger is toooooo real (ask Carl anytime, he’ll attest to that). Keeping snacks in your purse at all times is a must. We’ve all been told that snacking between meals is important (especially if you’re looking to lose weight), but not all snacks are equal.

You always want to make sure that you’re snacking on treats that aren’t too high in fat or sugar- it’s not only unhealthy, but also can cause you to have a mid-workday crash if you binge on bad bites! These are a few of the snacks I like to keep in my (probably too oversized) bag!

And more importantly, there’s no artificial crap. Each bar literally lists its ingredients on the wrapper, which I love. My faves are the chocolate sea salt and chocolate coconut (can you sense a theme here?).

This much healthier version gives me the same satisfaction of a sweet treat without feeling guilty afterwards.
