2017 Fall Trends

I know it’s still summer (especially here in California) but I cannot tell you guys how impatiently I’m waiting for fall to come. The seasonal drinks, holidays, decor- I am 100% here for it all. But above all that, I love love love fall fashion and I’m so excited for this year’s trends.

I’ve spent the last 4 years in the Midwest during the fall, which is definitely different that California fall. But I think that these three trends are extremely doable no matter which coast you’re on!

Statement Sleeve
This is probably my absolute favorite trend of the moment and one that will probably pop up a lot on the blog. A fun statement sleeve instantly elevates any outfit in my opinion and I love that you can get them in such a variety- off the shoulder, with cut outs or a dramatic high collar.

Burgundy Red
Burgundy is a color that looks phenomenal on almost everyone and it’s definitely a must-have for the fall and winter months. Whether its in a top, bottoms, a dress or a jumpsuit, this color works across the board.

Faux Fur
I am so excited to get my hands on one of these jackets. Am I going to be limited in my use of this warm of a jacket because I live in Southern California? Most likely. Will that stop me? Absolutely not. I would not miss a moment to get to throw on such a classic glam piece- maybe add some oversized shades and a printed headwrap. I think yes!
